We are looking for a new building! Though we love it and it has served us well for 18 years, we’ve outgrown our current home. Here are some of the features we’re looking for:

• Budget: $600,000 (includes renos)
• Ideally at least 2,500 sq. ft. – 3,500 sq. ft., preferably on one level (we’d be open to more to dream!);
• Large room(s) for meetings/support groups with room for childcare for our moms;
• At least 5-6 offices;
• Open reception/entrance area;
• Multiple bathrooms;
• Central location in walking distance from schools;
• Plenty of room for storage (we currently have a rental unit);
• Business frontage for a possible retail or social enterprise opportunity.
