Our Purpose

Crossroads Clinic Association is a Christian charity bringing community-based support and services to individuals experiencing unexpected pregnancy; providing specific health care services for pregnancy and sexual health; educating the community on sexual health and relationships; and providing care for those experiencing grief or distress following pregnancy loss (including abortion) or sexual assault.

Confidentiality

Crossroads Clinic has a very strict confidentiality policy. We will not tell anyone about your visit unless you give us permission to do so. When you enter Crossroads Clinic, you can be assured that we will do all we can to ensure your privacy and confidentiality. If you are concerned about confidentiality (because you might know someone who works here), you can email our Executive Director or our Client Care Manager and they will work with you to set up a time when you are comfortable to come in. Crossroads Clinic will hold in confidence all the information that you provide except where we are required by law to disclose such information.

Governance

Crossroads Clinic Association is a registered charity with CRA, is incorporated under the laws of the province of Alberta and operates in accordance with its constitution and bylaws, as well as all applicable regulatory and legal requirements. In accordance with its bylaws, Crossroads has a volunteer board of directors of no fewer than four members not related to each other.
