If you are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms, including cough, shortness of breath, fever, sore throat, runny nose, nasal congestion, or tiredness, please do not call or make an appointment. See ahs.ca/covid for up-to-date instructions.
The COVID-19 pandemic has affected everyone in a significant way. However, we know that you are still in need of vital supports and services that we can offer at this time. As such, we are committed to offering essential care to you.
We are open to clients regular hours (Monday – Thursday 11 AM – 5 PM) for all services.
We will operate in an excess of caution for the safety of our clients and staff. We will be adjusting our hours, procedures, and availability as needed, which may include closing on short notice for exposures, extra cleaning, or other precautionary measures. Please see the online appointment scheduler for up-to-date appointment availability. If a suspected COVID-19 exposure has occurred, clients will be contacted privately to ensure client confidentiality is protected.
To keep you, our staff, and our volunteers safe, we have increased our cleaning procedures. We also screen all staff and clients for cold and flu symptoms. Personnel experiencing cold symptoms are asked to stay at home until symptoms disappear. When at all possible, we will maintain proper social/physical distancing from you. Masks are optional for care providers and clients, so please let us know if you’d prefer us to wear one. We can offer you a disposable or cloth mask that you can keep on your arrival for your appointment.
Please contact us at info@crossroadsclinic.ca if you have additional questions.
